As with any maintenance and service supply company, we do of course get asked to update our customers water treatment equipment due to it being at the end of its natural lifespan or being beyond economic repair when we are called in for a service. We are happy to conduct a site survey for a new water softener supplied directly by ourselves to any of our service customers together with their friends, relatives or neighbours.
One of our recently added services is the direct sale of our comprehensive range of Genus branded Water Softeners to domestic households all over the UK, and this has proved very popular indeed.

From a simple initial phone call and site survey, the installation process through to any ongoing service and guarantee work for the life of a Genus Water Softener, you are assured of our attention to detail and our aim to give the best possible service and value for money.
Our engineers are trained to advise only if a unit is considered beyond economic repair and are happy to replace a softener only when it’s absolutely necessary. We offer a replacement unit service whereby the client pays a negligible fitting fee to ease the cost burden of the new replacement.
Water Filtration equipment and replacement cartridges are supplied, maintained and installed by ourselves too. We can offer our customers a filter replacement reminder service or give the client the option to buy the filter directly from us and carry out the replacement themselves on a DIY basis.
